      Drogba back

Yes he's back, and here's the pictures form his own Instagram account to prove it.

For some unknown reason Jose has signed him on a free from Galatasaray !

Drogba now 36, scored 10 times for Galatasaray last season, but surely he cannot be considered as first pick player, Jose must have seen the chance to sign him and use him as an impact player to come on and rescue games, but you never know with Jose, are we going to see Drogba in Champions league action again ? time will tell.

Drogba played well for the Ivory Coast in the World Cup. 2 close matches. one was against Colombia. good to see him back . i believe his contract is for one year. and him and mourinho have a good relationship. Drogba will be used as a back up striker in the second half of games i think. 36 years old. wow.

Even as a Manchester United fan, I'm delighted that Drogba is back in the Premier League! It's where he belongs, on the biggest stage of them all. I can only hope he is on bad form when he faces Man Utd or he will destroy us. He has everything that a world class striker needs, the attitude, the strength and his shot power and shot accuracy is second to none!

I can't see Drogba being a regular starter though, as fit as he is, the bloke is 36, thats going to tell in the Premiership, he has to have been bought as an impact player, a last twenty minutes or so to get that important goal.

At the age of 36 it could be difficult for him to have a significant impact, but this this Drogba we are talking about here. I wonder what plans does Jose have for him, I would love to see him get to play the way he did back in the good days. Overall I'm just glad to see him back at Chelsea for one more season in blue color, which fits him best by the way.

I am not sure this is a good move because he is going to be under tremendous pressure to justify his return. Plus at his age even if he does come good..there is not much of a future with the club. I would have rather seen the club go for someone younger.

As I said he came on a free, and knowing José he's probably on a daft wage or a pay per play basis, I think it's actually a good move, Chelsea need a goalscorer.
